So I started watching One Tree Hill on Netflix like forever ago. Then I stopped because I got kinda bored of it, but my best friend Madi told me I needed to try it again. So the other day, I started watching it again and I've been hooked ever since. I love it. It's so addicting, which probably isn't good because I have plenty of other things I could be doing with my time instead of watching Netflix. But I love the show and I'm kind of happy I started watching it again. Every now and then it's nice to be hooked on a tv show I think.

Today in class, we talked about the Face by Alice Munro. In the discussion, we talked about the setting of this story. Someone said that it was probably a long time ago because no one ever got divorced in the town of this story. And even though, the mother was pretty much being abused along with her child by her husband, it wasn't even a choice for her to leave. It makes me grateful how far women have come from then. If someone is in an abusive relationship, now they're encouraged and helped to get out of those situations.

So this weekend, I get to visit my best friend Anna! I miss her way too much. This summer, we literally spent every day together, living only 15 minutes apart from each other. She goes to Calvin so now we live an entire hour apart, which compared to others isn't that bad. But still, I want to be able to see my best friend more than just every other weekend. She's one of those friends that always picks   up where we left off every single time we see one another. I'm so excited, I'm counting down the days.

My little brother, Grayden, is nine years old and my favorite person in the whole world. He's the funniest and sweetest person I have ever met. I love shopping.
