I'm so happy I was able to spend this past weekend at home with my family and friends. I loved seeing everyone, I loved eating delicious food, and I loved shopping all of the sales. Black Friday was craziness, but so much fun. I'm grateful for the amazing time my family and I had together. And over this break, I realized how thankful I am for the fact that all of my friends have stayed in touch. It was just a really great time. As much as I enjoyed being home though, it is nice to be back here as well.

It's finally Thanksgiving break and I couldn't be more relieved or excited. I feel like with all of this work and stress building up over the past few weeks, I am in need of a nice break. I have a feeling everyone is. I am super happy to go home and spend time with my family and friends. I love that everyone's going to be home. It's gonna be really nice to see people that I haven't seen since the summer. Don't get me wrong, I  am loving college, but going home for a few days will be extremely nice.

I thought the logical fallacy assignment was kind of interesting to me. I thought it was fascinating how so many extremely experienced editorial writers had a few logical fallacies with in their pieces. You'd think that people writing that high up would be more skillful in that area and try to avoid those. I was just shocked that in just about any article I read, I was able to spot at least one. I will admit though, it is super hard to write without using those I have also realized.
I have realized it's extremely hard to focus with Thanksgiving break just five days away. It's like all of my motivation to get everything done as just totally left me because all I can think about is break. It also doesn't hep that everything is super stressful right now. I feel like I have so many assignments due right before break, which also makes this a really unfortunate time to have absolutely no motivation. I am forcing myself to get my stuff together and figure all of my stuff out.

For this assignment of researching a conspiracy theory, I decided to chose the theory of whether Princess Diana was purposeful or a complete accident. I chose this because both my grandma and grandpa are from England. They are very proud of their home country, and that has made me interested in it as well. This whole theory has me really intrigued on what really did happen. I think this will and has already been a very interesting assignment.
Recently I have realized just how badly I am in need of money. I feel like just being on a college campus, I go through cash way too fast. So lately I have been looking for a job. I don't know if I am necessarily going to get one for this semester, just because it's basically over so there really would be no point. But I am definitely thinking that next semester I am going to need a job. I am one of those people that spends money like crazy, so if I want to continue doing that I am going to need some type of income.

The past week has been extremely stressful with all of my classes. I have been really sick so that has kind of been the icing on my cake. It seems that things aren't slowing down either, it's so hard to keep up. I thought I was doing pretty well with all of my classes and staying on track with all of my homework, but everything just sort of seemed to hit me all at once. I have literally spent the entire day doing homework assignment after homework assignment. So I am really hoping that all of my work eventually pays off.
This past weekend it was Halloween and my birthday. It was a pretty fun weekend all in all! I spent Halloween at MSU with two of my best friends, which as first was sort of a disaster, but it ended up to be a really fun time. Then Sunday was my birthday and my family drove two hours here from Milford to surprise me and take me out to eat. It was nice to see everyone and I am really lucky it was such a good weekend. It definitely made going to back to class Monday a little harder than usual, but it was nice.
